"Healing is responsability"
What is Naturopathy?
The name "naturopathy" comes from the Greek word "pathos" (sympathy, empathy, feeling, suffering) and is commonly translated as "harmony with nature" or "being in tune with nature." Naturopathy is based on universal natural laws and adopts healing methods that aim to follow the "path of nature." The goal is to maintain or restore the natural state of health of the individual.
Naturopathy - Phytotherapy
Phytotherapy uses various parts of plants, such as leaves, roots, flowers, or bark, to harness their health-promoting properties.
This form of therapy is an essential component of naturopathy and aims to activate the body's self-healing powers and restore balance within the organism.
Phytotherapy can be applied in the form of teas, tinctures, extracts, or capsules and is often combined with other therapeutic approaches to promote health holistically.

Bach Flower Therapy
The repertoire of 38 flower essences developed by British physician Edward Bach in the 1930s is based on a deep understanding of the specific properties of these plants.
Each flower is associated with particular emotional and psychological states, allowing its effects on human vitality to be purposefully harnessed.
The therapy utilizes the energetic information of the flowers to harmonize imbalances on a subtle level. This makes the power of the plants accessible to humans, promoting emotional balance and activating the body’s self-healing abilities.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is a form of alternative therapy that uses water for therapeutic purposes to promote health and alleviate ailments. This therapy is based on the assumption that water possesses healing properties for both physical and psychological conditions.
- Warm water treatments (e.g., baths or wraps) improve circulation, relax muscles, and help relieve pain.
- Cold water treatments (e.g., ice packs or cold showers) can reduce inflammation, stimulate circulation, and alleviate pain.

The consultations take place at the Hotel Aqua Bad Cortina in San Vigilio.
