About the Projekt
The main goal of the project is to raise awareness throughout society. We aim to reconnect people with nature so they can feel themselves as part of it again and develop a new relationship with nature. We want to encourage them to take action for our forests and our climate. We aim to mobilize people into action and assist them in taking responsibility.
Target Audience of the Project
The project aims to reach all sectors of society. It does not distinguish between young or old, lower or higher social classes. Because everyone can contribute in their own ways. The project also targets youth groups, elderly individuals, families, and even people with disabilities.
Goals of the Project
We would like to briefly list the main goals of the project:
– Create positive community and nature experiences.
– Raise awareness across all sectors of society about current processes in forest dynamics - including drought, bark beetle infestation, storm damage, and other stressors affecting the forest.
– Foster a positive emotional connection to nature among participants: We aim to cultivate appreciation for the forest, trees, and all forest inhabitants through shared learning about the processes occurring in the forest.
– Provide an opportunity for people to actively engage in this issue and offer a positive and meaningful activity to reduce individual feelings of helplessness regarding forest dynamics.
– Promote social interaction by fostering collaboration among people on environmental issues, such as between forest owners, businesses, families, children, and including the integration of people with disabilities.
– Provide an opportunity and motivation for small, medium, and large businesses to take responsibility for the environment and avoid "greenwashing" by supporting them on their path to sustainability.
